Blizzard confirmed · Beta

Blizzard changed Gnome Eureka, Tauren Cultivation, and Undead Touch of the Grave behavior in the current Beta.

• Gnome Eureka is now a 10% discount on Mana, Rage, or Energy abilities for every class.
• Tauren Cultivation now has player-level requirements derived from the herb's Herbalism requirement.
• Touch of the Grave no longer breaks crowd control or activates from spells and abilities without a damage component.

These are Beta rules and can be tuned again before launch.
