Dungeon XP philosophy and level 1–20 telemetry

In the first WoW: Forever Podcast, developers described the current dungeon XP design as favoring a quest-driven first run over repeated mob grinding and cited near-parity in average 1–20 leveling time with Classic Era.

• Developers described reduced repeat dungeon-mob XP and increased dungeon-quest emphasis as an intentional leveling direction.
• The cited Beta telemetry compared average level 1–20 time with Classic Era and showed the two were very close.

The telemetry applies only to the current 1–20 Beta range and must not be extrapolated to 1–60.
