Is GDKP Allowed in WoW Forever?

No. The September 17 developer Q&A made the policy explicit and explained how it fits Forever’s social and economy goals.

Why Blizzard is blocking GDKP

The stated reasoning is broader than “RMT exists.” Blizzard tied the decision to Forever’s social pillar: preserving ordinary guild raiding, avoiding a gold buy-in becoming the default path into raids, and making illicit-gold cleanup easier.

The team also said it plans to monitor resource scarcity and the economy actively instead of leaving the launch economy untouched.
